- Stonemason Description : This Diploma in Stonemasonry will develop your knowledge and skills in areas such as general health, safety and welfare; productive working practices; and moving, handling and storing resources. Learners can specialise in banker masonry, external stone fixing, internal stone fixing, memorial masonry, stone cutting, stone cladding and heritage mason. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Stonemason Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Ceiling Fixer Description : This qualification is to confirm the learner’s occupational competence as a ceiling fixer. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Ceiling Fixer Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Trowel Occupations Description : This qualification will develop knowledge and skills in trowel work for the construction sector. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Bricklayers Duration : 3 to 6 months.
- Roofing Occupations Description : This qualification is to confirm the learner’s occupational competence as a roofer in diferent occupations like roof tiles and/or slates, lead and hard metal roofing, pre-formed weathering flashings, cladding and weatherings, thatching structures, solar collectors — access, solar collectors — protection/handover, heritage roof tiles and/or slates, heritage lead and hard metal roofing. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Roofers Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Plastering Description : This qualification will develop knowledge and skills in areas such as applying solid and finishing plaster and solid render to surfaces and producing and repairing fibrous plaster components. Individuals can specialise in laying sand and cement screeds, applying projection plaster and render, and installing mechanically fixed plasterboard. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Plasterers Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Dry Lining Finishing (taping & jointing) Description : This qualification is to confirm the learner’s occupational competence as a dry liner (finisher or fixer).it will provide, on completion, confirmation to employers, industry managers and card schemes that learners have the skills and knowledge needed to meet the nationally recognised standard to carry out their chosen role. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: dry lining finishing (taping & jointing). Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Wood Occupation - Site carpentry Description : This qualification learners can specialise in installing first and second fixing components; manufacturing routine architectural joinery; setting out and fabricating timber framework; installing frames and hinges and internal mouldings; erecting timber walls, roofs and floors; setting up and using cutting and shaping machines; or manufacturing routine architectural joinery products. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: wood occupations Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Formwork (Shuttering Carpenter) This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: formworkers Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Fitted Interiors Description : This qualification specialise in installing fitted furniture in the workplace and moving, handling and storing resources in the workplace. This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: Fitted Interiors Operative Duration : 3 to 6 months
- Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting Occupations Description : This qualification will develop knowledge and skills in areas such as preparing surfaces for painting and applying paint systems by brush. The qualification has been updated with an additional pathway for heritage painting, so there are now three pathways: Decorative Finishing (Painter), Industrial Painting Occupations (Industrial Painter), Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting Occupations (Heritage Painter). This qualification is supported by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). This is mainly taken by individuals employed as: painters or industrial painters. Duration : 3 to 6 months
