All the courses/NVQs are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re scheduled once booked
No refund In the following circumstances, NO REFUND will be issued:
If any of the candidate doesn’t attend or arrive late for the course or training
If any candidate provides insufficient ID at the course centre.
If in any case from our course provider, course get cancelled, then the full amount of course will be refunded. Refund will not be exceeding the original amount that you paid us for the course in any circumstances. We Construction Cards Support Ltd. will not be responsible not we will compensate for any other cost (accommodation, transport etc.) or loss of earnings due to time taken off work.
You will get the full refund if you cancel or reschedule your CITB/ CPCS Test within 96 hours before the test is due.
If you cancel the test, you will receive full refund,
No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received less than 96 hours before the test is due, and/or in the following circumstances:
• If candidate does not arrive for the test on time
• If candidate does not show his/ her valid ID proof at the time of test
• if the candidate fails the test;
• if the candidate chooses to do the wrong type of test;
• If candidate makes any mistake in the form.
Refund will not be exceeding the original amount that you paid us for the course in any circumstances.
If you want to return any of the course material that you purchased form us, you can do it within 14 days of the purchase.. For getting refund the item(s) returned must be in its original, unused, and sealed condition.
No refund There will be no refund if the item returned is used, or there is any sign of use or the return is made after the 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item(s).

All refunds will be made to the debit card or the credit card used to make the payment at the time of purchase.
Refund amount can take upto 14 days to reflect in your debit or credit card statement.
Please check with your bank/ credit card provider if you didn’t receive the refund first, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted..

We will not be responsible if your request to reschedule / cancel isn’t received within the timeframe for eligibility of a refund or reschedule.
No refunds will be issued automatically, i.e. we will not consider or issue any refunds unless you have requested for it.
